Lizzy jumps ship!
Sometime in the middle of the night, our dear beloved 3 legged hamster, Lizzy, passed over onto that eternal hamster wheel in the sky. Isaac thinks either the passover "got her" or she died of old age. She was a dear friend and lovely pet. We are relieved, however, that we will not have to find a rodent sitter for her during our upcoming vacation to the Midwest. Rest In Peace, three legged trooper. It was a good run, wasn't it? (get it?)

It's sad when they go but all will adjust in time. Love the good run analogy. You too funny!
Sorry to hear about Lizzy -- but it sounds like she had a real good life!
sorry for the kiddos ... perhaps it is time for a fish ??? give me the run down of your trip in case we can meet for lunch or something ...
Midwest - Hmm, does that include Iowa?!?!?! So sorry about Lizzy - that is a bummer for kids, but good thing they are so prolific - makes more and more Lizzy's!!!!!
aww..the kids are probably having a bit of a hard time. Sorry to hear about Lizzy! But like Nikki says- it sounds she had a good life! :)
