Funday Sunday
The weather is getting nicer and nicer out here in Seattle! Yay! We've been able to get out many times as a family & take in firsthand much of what Kenton had promised we would see in this beautiful state. This outing was on Sunday, a hike in the rainforest (as Isaac promptly corrected me, "the TEMPERATE rainforest, Mom.") The boys pretended they were Joe and Frank Hardy the whole time & totally were in their "boy" element! Mia loved it, too. She is definitely an outdoors girl. We hiked up and down the trails to the Green River. Kenton, you were right...A beautiful state it is!

I TOTALLY agree - after being out there for a week - I would move there in a heartbeat - it is GORGEOUS!!!! Enjoy your new state!!

I also think Seattle has a lot to offer as far as the beautiful outdoors is concerned...makes me wanna be there!

looks like you had a blast ...we are just starting to get into the hardy boy's here ....after the "Temperate Rainforest" comment i am guessing you aren't trying for the show "Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader." ..hee,hee.
How cool is that? Looks like you guys had a great time. A hike on a beautiful day can be so much fun. I would have loved to hear the boys conversations! ;)
